SYNERGY HomeCare is very honored to have been invited to partner with the Alzheimer's Association, the Milwaukee County Dept. on Aging and the City of Greenfield Health Dept. to co-facilitate a Milwaukee County Memory Cafe! The Memory Cafe meets:

Every second Monday of the month

2:30pm-4:00pm

Meyer's Restaurant (4260 S. 76th Street, Greenfield)

A Memory Cafe is a place where people with Mild Cognitive Impairment, early-stage Alzheimer's Disease or a related Dementia can come with their care partners to socialize and have fun with others who are on a similar journey. 

Interested individuals are encouraged to contact the Alzheimer's Association at 800-272-3900 to sign-up as first-time attendees.

His Neighbor Phil

SYNERGY HomeCare is a proud sponsor of His Neighbor Phil, a film about hope, love, devotion, and Alzheimer's Disease. It is the story of Harvey, whose wife, Mary, has early-onset Alzheimer's Disease. The film depicts the effects of the disease not only on Mary but on the entire family and their community. While it deals honestly with the realities of the disease, it focuses most of its attention on the tireless work of family caregivers.
